Funding Success for 'Wellbeing in Later Life' Course

Local mental health charity, Manchester Mind is delighted to announce renewed funding for its Building a Healthy Future – Living Well in Later Life course.

Funding has been received from the Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation, as part of their Transitions into Later Life programme, enabling Manchester Mind to deliver seven further courses to residents in the city.

The course aims to improve people’s resilience, their ability to cope with life’s challenges, with much of the focus being on improved emotional wellbeing.

The next course starts on 9th October and is hosted by Age UK at Openshaw Resource Centre. Subsequent courses will run through to June 2018.

For more information about Building A Healthy Future – Living Well in Later Life visit the Manchester Mind website.

Further courses details will be updated on the site in due course.
