Can you help their students?

Volunteers are needed to sit as patients for optometry students at Manchester University, Carys Bannister building, Dover Street. M13 9PL. Anyone over 50 years old, with reasonable eye sight and health, is welcome. The sessions run from October to May, except during holidays.

You would sit whilst they practice their techniques and learn new skills, under the supervision of fully qualified staff.

For each half day attended (around 3 hours) you would receive £22.00 expenses to cover travel and parking costs.
