Disability Living Allowance (DLA) is ending

Disability Living Allowance (DLA) is ending for people who were born after 8 April 1948 and are aged 16 or over.

DWP will be writing to people before the end of September 2017 telling them when their DLA will end. You don’t need to do anything until you get your letter, which will have more information about a new benefit called Personal Independence Payment (PIP).

If you know anyone affected by this and want to find out more about DLA ending and Personal Independence Payment (PIP) visit: www.gov.uk/dla-ending
