Weekly - Tuesdays between 10.00am – 12 noon
This weekly support group is aimed specifically at people with a Heart Condition and their carers. The sessions on offer carry on where Cardiac Rehabilitation finishes. Sessions include exercise classes and advice. People wanting to attend must be referred to the group by their specialist or GP. This is a friendly support group who also organise outings and social activities.
